Total depravity (pravitas) can lead to some totally fun, totally funny things. That’s the point of this page. A case in point, is this piece from an artist who showed out east this summer. I took the picture at the Vox Populi Gallery in Philadelphia. I do not know who the artist was, but if you do, please let me know or post it. The sculpture is titled Marilyn and is made entirely out of pink Styrofoam fashioned into a brute holding his gladiator skirt to guard himself against an unscrupulous updraft–too clever!
